This policy explains what personal data Agency Automated collects when you visit this site or buy a product, why it's collected, and what you can do about it. It's written to be read, not to be survived.

Who is responsible for your data

What we collect

Why we're allowed to process it

• Performance of a contract — delivering the product or service you paid for.
• Legitimate interest — running the business, preventing fraud, improving what we sell.
• Consent — marketing emails and non-essential cookies. You can withdraw it at any time.
• Legal obligation — tax and accounting records.

Who else sees it

We use third-party services to run the business. They only receive what they need, and only to perform their function:

• HighLevel — website, checkout, CRM and email delivery
• Stripe and PayPal — payment processing
• Tally — forms and intakes
• Zoho Mail — email correspondence
• Bunny.net — file and video hosting
• Meta — advertising measurement, where you have consented

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing purposes.

Where your data goes

Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the United States. Where that happens, transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

How long we keep it

Order and billing records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Form responses are kept while they're useful for delivering and improving the product. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. If you ask us to delete your data, we will — except for anything we're legally required to retain.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. If you're in the EU, UK or a similar jurisdiction, you also have the right to receive your data in a portable format, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to complain to your national data protection authority.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses cookies that are necessary to make checkout work, and — with your consent — analytics and advertising cookies from Meta that measure whether our ads reach the right people. You can refuse or delete them in your browser settings; refusing the non-essential ones won't stop you from buying or using anything.

Children

These products are sold to businesses and professionals. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes affecting existing customers will be announced by email.
