These terms govern the sale of every product and service on this site. By placing an order you agree to them. They're written in plain English on purpose.

When you buy a digital product you get a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself, inside your own business, and on work you deliver to your own clients. There are no per-client fees, no seat limits and no expiry.
What you may not do:
You keep full ownership of everything the tool produces for you. The scripts are yours. The tool is licensed.
The skill runs inside Claude, a product of Anthropic, PBC. You need your own Claude account; the free plan is sufficient. We are an independent business and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. If Anthropic changes or discontinues its skills feature, we'll do our best to adapt the product, but we can't guarantee indefinite compatibility with a platform we don't control.
All prices are in US dollars and are one-time payments unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by Stripe or PayPal. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you are. Your order is complete when payment is confirmed.
Digital products are delivered immediately: you get access on the confirmation page, plus an email with the same links. If nothing arrives within ten minutes, check spam and promotions, then email us and we'll send it manually.
Services are delivered within the timeframe stated on the sales page, counted from the moment your completed intake form is received — not from the moment of payment. If we need something from you to proceed, the clock pauses until we have it.

Because digital products are delivered immediately, by completing your purchase you ask for delivery to begin at once and acknowledge that this ends any statutory right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply. Our 7-day refund policy applies regardless, and is more generous than the statutory minimum.
These products help you write and produce sales material. They do not guarantee sales, revenue, leads or business results. Any figures mentioned on this site describe what the tool does or what others have paid for comparable work — they are not a promise of what you will earn. Your results depend on your offer, your market, your traffic and your execution, none of which are within our control.
You agree not to use these products to create material that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or that makes claims you cannot substantiate. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality and compliance of anything you publish, including any claim, statistic or guarantee that appears in a script produced with our tools.
The products are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or indirect losses. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in question. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot legally be limited.
Support is provided by email at [email protected], usually answered the same working day. Support covers installing and using the product. It does not include writing your offer for you, reviewing unlimited drafts, or consulting on your business — those are separate services.
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
These terms are governed by the laws of SPAIN / Tenerife, and any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If you're a consumer, this does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory law of your own country of residence.
